DISCIPLESHIP
Discipleship is helping a believer learn to know what Jesus taught, live like Jesus lived, and make more disciples.
This happens through a BARNABAS-PAUL-TIMOTHY model. Paul had someone train and equip him (Barnabas). Paul also trained and equipped younger believers for ministry. Every Christian should maintain relationships to do both.
Our discipleship process is a relational environment where a mature believer helps you grow to the maturity where you are ready to make disciples. This happens through regular meetings for study, accountability, prayer, and overall doing life together.
When you are ready for "Discipler Training" your disciple will recommend you to the pastoral team for the next group.
